Privacy & cookies
This notice covers enquiries made to Pioneer Ceilings through this website. For questions or requests about your information, email hello@pioneerceilings.com, call 0151 550 4613, or write to Pioneer House, Pioneer Business Park, North Rd, Ellesmere Port, CH65 1AD.
Your enquiry
We use your name, organisation, contact details, site postcode, project information and any photographs you choose to send to respond, arrange a visit and prepare a quotation. Either an email address or phone number is needed. Photographs, approximate size and a preferred timeframe are optional.
We use this information to take steps at your request before agreeing work and for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to general marketing. If you separately request an annual review reminder, we use your details for that reminder; you can cancel it at any time.
Photographs and access
Please send only photographs relevant to the work. Avoid including pupils, customers, staff, confidential documents or other personal information. Images are resized before upload and stored using unguessable links so our team can review them from the enquiry email. Anyone with a photograph link can view it, so do not share those links publicly.
Who receives information
Enquiries are sent to our business inbox. Hosting, email and IT providers process information to operate these services. We do not sell enquiry data. We share information with others involved in preparing or delivering work only where needed, or where required by law.
Optional analytics and advertising
Essential form security and connection technology operates without optional tracking consent. We store your cookie choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can reject optional tools and still use the form.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and successful enquiries. If you allow advertising, Google Ads may display a forwarding phone number to measure calls following an ad visit, and the OpenAI advertising pixel and configured server-side enquiry event can measure advertising outcomes. Advertising consent also allows us to attach permitted campaign and click identifiers to an enquiry for attribution. The Google tag loads when analytics or advertising is allowed, with each purpose controlled by your choice.
We do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or photograph links in analytics events. Measurement providers may process device, browser, online identifier and network information and may process data outside the UK under their applicable safeguards.
Read Google’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy for provider information. Google Analytics may use cookies beginning _ga; advertising tools can use their own identifiers. Browser blocking can prevent measurement.
Keeping and deleting information
We retain enquiry and project records only for as long as needed to handle the request, deliver work, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations. The period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project. You can ask us about the records we hold or request deletion; some records may need to be retained.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to its use, or request portability. You can withdraw optional tracking or reminder consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
