Is this a safety certificate?

No. This is a non-intrusive review of visible condition within an agreed scope. It does not replace specialist inspections or certify the ceiling as safe.

Do I have to order repairs?

No. The initial review and short report are free within the accepted scope. Any repair quotation is separate and there is no obligation to proceed.

Is it free every year?

The offer is for one initial review. When we follow up, you can ask for an optional reminder in 12 months to discuss future needs. A reminder does not include or promise another free visit.

Can you review a whole school?

We agree the areas first. The free review covers up to 500 m² and 45 minutes on site. A larger site or a more detailed investigation needs a separately agreed scope.

What happens after I send a request?

We will contact you to discuss the site, confirm eligibility and agree the scope and access before booking. Sending this form does not confirm an appointment or commit you to paid work.
