Detailed design, specialist surveys, approvals and intrusive investigations are excluded unless separately agreed. The work plan is a practical outline of scope and sequence, not an architectural design service.

Yes. We can discuss targeted repairs or replacement where appropriate. For damaged or missing tiles, our free initial ceiling condition review may be a useful first step.
Does the quotation include lighting?
We discuss coordination with lighting and services. Electrical or other specialist work is included only if expressly stated in the quotation.
Do I need to know the size or specification?
A rough idea is helpful, but “not sure” is fine. We can take measurements and discuss suitable tile and grid options at the agreed survey.
